Return Policy: For purchases that are received damaged:
* Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.
* If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you return such items by mail. Please email us for special instructions at djcertified318@djcertified.me. We will cover all reasonable ground shipping fees.
* If an item received was part of a bundle or package, you'll receive a full refund by returning all items purchased. However, if you choose to keep the item(s) that were unharmed and wish to only replace the damaged item, no problem, we'll replace it with no cost to you.
